SENIOR CIVIL / PROJECT MANAGER - BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE - GALWAY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering and environmental
consultancy service.
You will be responsible for;
Project planning, programming, and resource allocation
Quality Management for all aspects of the project i.e. QMS/EMS/OHSAS.
Compliance with Health and Safety Obligations and BCAR obligations.
Cash flow management based on project deliverables and
Communication with the Client and team
To ensure that any new project has a well-defined brief
To establish an agreed project programme with the Client.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will hold a minimum Level 8 qualification in Civil
Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 3+ years’ relevant work experience
Design Experience on building projects (residential, mixed use
developments, industrial and commercial) in the public & private
sector
Ability to achieve tight deadlines working as part of a team
Proficent in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word and
Powerpoint
Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Rev Revit, Bentley MicroStation &
Rebar;
Caddie & Utility programs for Drainage and HECRAS and Solidworks
Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills
